About
Nizami Coffee explores the unknown emergent applications of artificial intelligence. Our first project is Roast Harness (opens in a new tab), AI for in-house and home coffee roasting: a free desktop app whose agent writes your roasts, rehearses them on a simulator and runs them on your roaster, with someone staying at the machine.

Who's behind it
Nizami Coffee was founded by Jeff Wang. Jeff brings sound engineering to the places AI hasn't reached yet. He believes exploring them is how AI comes to be shaped by more than corporate interests: every field that needs intelligence, human or silicon, widens the simulated world AI learns in, and shows how to build physical machines better suited to it.
Jeff's background:
