These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Nizami Coffee platform operated by Nizami, Inc. ("we," "us," or "our").
Acceptance of Terms: By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform.
User Accounts: You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
License Grant: By submitting content to our platform (including coffee data, equipment information, reviews, brewing records, and roast profiles), you grant Nizami, Inc. a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and incorporate such content into our services, including for the purpose of training and improving our artificial intelligence models.
Intellectual Property: The platform, including all software, designs, text, graphics, and other content, is owned by Nizami, Inc. and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our platform content without permission.
Prohibited Conduct: You agree not to use the platform for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with platform operations, or to attempt unauthorized access to our systems.
Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nizami, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past twelve months.
Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion.
Modifications: We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting updated Terms on our platform. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.
